Yea what I do my self which is extremly safe, is the buy in is only 2.5% of my bankroll so I have 80 buy ins at any give time before I start moving up levels. This way I am complete safe of all variance and dont have to worry so much about my downswings. The one I posted will keep you safe also I am just extremly careful because building a bankroll through SnG does take time and I dont want to have to start all over again.

Default ok I am starting woohoo

ok tonight is my first night playing - I am aiming for a four hour session. We will see how things go. I will report back tonight with my results.

I have decided after reading as much of the forum as I can take - that I am going to buy in $40 into party poker to play SNG's (I know this is dangerous but we will see how it goes.) I am also going to use my pokertime $10 to play cash games.

Hopefully this will give me a feel for online - then I will deposit a larger amount when I am more comfortable with how everything works.

see you at the tables! I mean see you online!

Don't deposit money at Party to play SNG's. Their vig is outrageous for the $5 games. Put it on Stars where you will at least be allowed to make a minimum deposit of $40. They won't let you do it on Party.

I love pokerstars, have faced a bunch of bad beats and gone broke but restarted with a single dollar (from selling play money) and now have built up playing low limit ring games, even though I do play tourneys normally, with my bankroll the ring games at Pokerstars are perfect.
