What the fuck is wrong with people?

I have KQs in the BB, CO raises to 1800, I shove allin for 8k, he calls instantly with 66, I lose the race. Why the fuck would anyone call an allin with 66? Does he want to race? Is he that fucking stupid? Someone needs to tell these idiots that you do not want to call huge allin reraises hoping for a race.
