How do you post a screenshot?

Sorry I am so computer-illiterate, but how do you post either a screenshot or cut and paste (or whatever) results if you have them emailed to you from PokerStars?

To the left of the post button is "additional options" just click in there and attach file types bmp, jpg, gif, etc. The file has to be under 128kb.

I downloaded SnagIt. It captures any image on your screen and saves it as a pic.
