Default Hassan

Hassan is a bit of an enigma to me. I can't pin him down to one particular type of play. You will find him usually on $100 turbo tables late at night and into the early morning. He claims to play until he makes $1,500 a night and then he quits. He does take a lot of calculated risks though. It is rare for him to go all in preflop unless he has AA, KK, AK, or AQ. Maybe JJ but not much less.

He is a very social guy and will chat with you. His only weakness I have seen is that he may take the cards on the table as the gospel. Let's say he has a KQ and the flop is 2Q8. He will bet top pair to the max even if he doesn't have AQ. I have seen him get the shaft a lot by 2 pair and perhaps someone holding KK or AA and slow playing.

I have seen him chase a flush to the end many times along with outside straights (never a gutshot) no matter what the bet.

However, he knows the game backwards and forwards so be careful.

He's a very solid player. I haven't played with him much recently but I still respect his game. He used to be very, very tight but I think he loosened up a bit because opponents were taking advantage of that. Still, very good and someone to watch out for. If you see Vader, tale note.

I have played at the table with hassan many times before. in my opionion, he is the best sit and go player on pokerstars. He really knows every aspect of a sit and go and would want him to play all of my sit and gos. He is the true master of this style of play.

Agreed, although he seems to finish well in multi's, he doesn't have the knockout punch playing style for them to win the whole enchilada. However in sng's he knows that he only has to survive less than 30 minutes to be in the money. I have followed him in big money multi's and I think his sng's style (over cautious) inhibits him from going for the throat and getting a head of steam.

If he really bears down and concentrates he can just about kick anyone's ass. Personally I think he plays so much he gets bored and loses his edge sometimes? Definitely one of the Kings of Tubos...

What to say that Hassan't been said about the H man? I'll just sum it up as quickly as I can. All flattery aside, Hassan is hands down the best Sit N Go player on Stars. I don't like to use superlatives, but what can I say, it's true. If you disagree you are probably quite the unwise cat, and he'll de-claw you and ship you to the vet to get spayed or neutered while collecting his usuall fee.. $210.00.. Much love H
