Default Very Weird... what's going on at AP?!

The following is a chat I just had with AP regarding some glitches in their "casino" single deck blackjack. I started noticing some glitches a few days ago like when I am down to my last bet and go to double or split I get kicked off and have to totally close out and reconnect to finish the hand. Tonight I started noticing when I was losing a few hands, it would credit me with a win and then take double the money from me on the following hand. I don't necessary suspect they are up to no good... maybe just dumb. The following is my chat log with their support:

Welcome! An online representative will be with you shortly. You are number 1 in the queue. Your wait time will be approximately 0 minute(s) and 12 seconds. Thank you for waiting.
You are now chatting with 'Isabella'
Isabella: Hello this is Isabella, how are you?
texastony: Good thanks
texastony: Please set up a web meeting. I have 67.50 at the blackjack tables and for some reason it says I have 62.50 in the cashier window
Isabella: Let me check your account
texastony: I just want to make sure when I cash out my money all comes out correctly
Isabella: I will be right with you.
texastony: okay
Please wait while I transfer the chat to the best suited site operator.
You are not currently in a chat session.
You are now chatting with 'Tech Specialist'
Tech Specialist: Thank you for contacting us! How may I help you?
texastony: hi.Please set up a web meeting. I have 67.50 at the blackjack tables and for some reason it says I have 62.50 in play in the cashier window
texastony: i just want to make sure that when i cash out, the 67.50 will show up not the 62.50
Tech Specialist: ok, let me check.
texastony: Are you still connected?
Tech Specialist: Yes, please hold.
texastony: k
Tech Specialist: I'm sorry for the delay. I'll be right with you.
texastony: ok
Tech Specialist: May I have your full name?
texastony: ******
Tech Specialist: Could you provide me the answer to your security question, which is:
Tech Specialist: What is your Mother's maiden name?
texastony: ******
Tech Specialist: You are playing blackjack on a casino table?
texastony: yes
texastony: single deck
Tech Specialist: What is the amount you see in there?
texastony: the table shows 67.50 and my "in play" shows 62.50
texastony: not sure what is going on
Tech Specialist: That is because you haven't finish the game session
Tech Specialist: as soon as you close the table
texastony: I am not in the middle of a hand
Tech Specialist: it will reflect on the total amount of money
Tech Specialist: Please hold.
texastony: the balance changes after every hand so that wouldn't make sense
Tech Specialist: Can you close the table and check your balance?
texastony: I am afraid to do that, because I have 67.50 on the table and I don't want to lose $5 if the "in play" is what is credited
texastony: can you please just set up a net meeting so you can see it for yourself?
Tech Specialist: please be informed that we will be unable to check the hand logs until you leave the table
texastony: I am very confused. Is the "Casino" not affiliated with AP or what? Seems like there have been a lot of glitches with this software
texastony: okay, but I am taking a screen shot and if the money is not credited I feel AP owes me $5
Tech Specialist: sure you can take a screen shot
texastony: okay, i closed it
Tech Specialist: thank you
texastony: no problem.
texastony: is that blackjack not part of the site or what?
texastony: As I thought would happen, only the 62.50 was credited
Tech Specialist: Please hold.
texastony: This really isn't worth all the hassel for 5 bucks... I would have given up on the issue, but I like playing this single deck blackjack and I want all these glitches to be fixed for the future.
Tech Specialist: Please hold.
texastony: lol okay
Tech Specialist: We are downloading your hand records at this moment
Tech Specialist: we will be with you in a few moments
texastony: k
Tech Specialist: ok, according to your hand logs you had 57.50 you made a bet for 10.00 and you won it
Tech Specialist: then you made another bet for 5.00 and the house got a Blackjack
Tech Specialist: for this reason you balance shows 62.50
texastony: okay. so then why did the screen show I had 67.50?
texastony: I'll put the screenshot on photobucket and send you a link
Tech Specialist: That most likely was before your bet of $5.00
texastony: nope
texastony: The board was clear
Tech Specialist: For further assistance please send an email to casinosupport@absolutepoker.com
texastony: Here's the link: http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y11...jackglitch.jpg
Tech Specialist: Please address this to casinosupport@absolutepoker.com
texastony: okay. I will include our chat log too
Tech Specialist: Sure.
Tech Specialist: Is there anything else I can assist you with today?
texastony: nope. thanks anyways
Tech Specialist: It has been a pleasure assisting you, please come back if you need anything else. If possible, please take some time to complete our exit survey.
texastony: Haha... you sure you want that? sure will

Yeah I wouldn't trust any games where the house has the edge. There's not really any regulation and there's too much incentive for the house to cheat.

Agreed... and I very rarely play... take note of the dollar amounts we're talking about. $5 hand and 65 on the table. Just killing time.

In most of the casino games , if we win house wins (because of the house advantage). But if we loose , house still wins. That is why they say “House always wins”.

This is true but if we lose more often then the house wins faster. So there's more incentive for the house to cheat and make OUR odds worse.

Add a general lack of regulation and they're facing little risk and high gain.

You could be on to something here Tonz. Let us know if you hear anything.

Personally I avoid the casino and just play their regular BlackJack.

That is why playing poker is the best deal, both in terms of payouts and skill level involved. Even if you are intersted in playing casino, just watch out for the level of house advantage involved.
Remember the golden rule ”The more easier a game is understand to play, more is the house advantage involved “.
