Summary:

Hands with no repeats: 3
Hands with 1 repeat: 4
Hands with 2 repeats: 15
Hands with 3 repeats: 6

Conclusion, 2 repeats is by far the most likely outcome...and none is the least...put that in your pipe & smoke it
I did something similar a couple of days ago but instead of using a live game, I used a RND generator and came up with similar results to yours Lucky, I did not categorize them, but ran a much bigger sample, If I get some time ... I will also categorize them.

KW, I never hit AK whether they were on the previous board or not or ever hit the board since the beginning of the game lol.

The same is true with flushes ... I use to look at the board and see 3 hearts, so I would say a heart flush is out of the question with the next board, hell it makes no difference and they could deal out all the cards right down to the last 9 or 10 and my flopped flush draw would be a four flush hand, whether they were previous board or not.

Some people have luck and some don't ... I am saving mine and then I will open up the flood gates.

I have to agree this is a common fallacy of a gambling mind. The odds are the same (or pretty damn close) every hand if the cards are properly shuffled. While a true random is hard to come by, it's random enough that your line of thinking isn't going to save or win you any money in the long run. For every time your "logic" is correct, there's another time that it won't be.

This is one of the reasons I never cut the deck. It doesn't make any sense to me. Why cut the deck when the odds of me getting any two cards is the same. Things like this make people feel better because they have a false sense of control.

P.S. Ace-King is a raise or reraise hand because it has fold equity. Folding AK simply because you saw an ace or a king on the previous board is a terrible strategy and it's only going to lose you money and opportunities. For all you know everyone else is going to fold to a raise, and if they don't you have options depending on the board.

Most of the guys here have already covered it any biases in electronic shuffling are likely to be too tiny to be observable. Decisions based on this will be fallicious.

if you toss a coin once and it is heads then the chance of it being heads next time (assuming an unbiased coin) will be 50%.

Adopting such an approach can make you unpredictable and it might prove ok in this context and others would probably have enough info to spot this pattern.

Often when you are looking for a pattern you will see it but it is because all the info that does not fit into the pattern gets ignored. Just like many people will moan about their luck when they only notice when they are unlucky and not all the times that their cards hold up or they inflict bad beats.

I know it is completely random every round but I sometimes take into consideration which cards flopped in the previous hand(s). I shouldn't do that but I feel it's better to be safe than sorry.

If I have pocket sevens and I'm facing a raise I quickly look if a 7 flopped in the last 5 hands. If there wasn't a 7 then I call. Again, I know I shouldn't play like that but checking previous flops is stronger than my believe that it is completely random every turn. The software is programmed that all cards must flop the same amount of times, isn't it?

the software is programmed so that the cards come out randomly. this doesnt mean that all cards come out the same number of times but after a lot of hands i guess they would be similiar occurences.

i played a game where 5 spades were dealt on the board. the next hand 4 were.

also whoever folded the AK because thye came out last board what would you have said if you had flopped two pair?
