Cat,

I am saying that Crapshoot's classic play is all-in pre-flop. At least this is where I see a lot of his mistakes IMHO. I think he quite often reacts, rather than thinks. I bet if he had a timer, that forced him to wait 15 seconds before acting, his game would improve.

Having said all this, I understand 99 is VERY STRONG heads-up but it also is a coin-flip with Fink's hand. Crapshoot is acting like this was just another bad beat and I just don't see it that way.

At least in this case he wasn't over-valuing AJx with an all-in.

No it was not a bad beat crapshoot, it was a coin flip that u lost, there is no bad beat here, just 2 big HU hands clashing for an all in showdown. Now u have ur work cut out for u, down 0-2, what u gonna do?, when they come for u, bad boyz bad boyz, lets see a crapshoot comeback.

I never said it was a bad beat, I said Fink sucked out on me, which he did...he came from behind. Now if it is so wrong to put all your chips in the center with 99, then your saying it is OK to put your life ending chips in the center with AK a non paired hand. If things were reversed and I had the AK and was up against 99 and the 99 held up then we would be having the same conversation but you would be telling me that it was so wrong to put all my chips in the center with AK, especially when they were life ending chips and I would have to had known that at least pairs were being represented.

In order to give sound analysis you have to pick sides, in other words only one side was right...so then what you are saying is that it was right to put all the chips in the center with AK, even though a loss loses the tournament, when the 99 side still has chips left in a loss. You cannot judge a play by the one that had the luck, the luck after the fact never decides which is the best play before the hand is dealt out.

0-2 and singing the blues? Done only 3 times in NBA finals history, but yes it can be done. Heat in 06, Blazers in 77, and an aging celtic dyansty in 69. Lose game 3 crapshoot and all you have on your side, in entire sports history is the 04 Red Sox against the Yankees in the AL Champoinship. Game 3 is a must win crapshoot!!!

I am not singing the blues gimme, I am defending my position against those that said I made the bad play in a critical decision. I am not out yet, Hillary called and told me that it is not over until the winning number of delegates are reached.

But your stand changes just as fast if not faster than others... just look at your view of the final hand of game one when you had very few chips left and compare it to your view of my final hand when you put me out of the THF game when I had very few chips left. Clear enough picture?

Final hand of the first game wasn't bet by you, you called all in. I'm aware that doesn't change the fact that you had the best hand at the time but saying "both hands were bet by me" is somewhat misleading.

Besides, had your hand held up in game one I would still have had a 4-1 chip lead.

How quickly you forget K6 vs AJ?
