It seems they give a refund very often even if it is against their policy. And every time it is a gesture from good friends. Not complaining though, they are 100 times better than other pokersites support. Good to read you got your rebuys back!

That is awesome. I actually sent them a request yesterday to fix a problem with the Sit&Go filter and got back, very quickly, a personal message about their plans. Very good support!

I have also been asked about my multiple accounts. Mine were justified (because of the Arcatum account for blocking at StarTracker) but the fact that they cared enough to look made me feel a lot better about my poker playing account.

The other thing they did is require the results database sites to adhere to certain rules. They did this at the request of their customers. They also have a list of prohibited software. All of this shows that they are really looking out for their customers.

PokerStars is probably the least soft of all sites, but I feel a lot better playing there. And their software is top notch.

Yes Kaart I even got them when I notified them that i entered a tournament and fell asleep only to come back and see where I finished.

They responded by saying that they saw where I didn't play any hands and that it is not their responsibility, blah blah blah, but seeing that we value your account we are re-funding the entry fee.

My next one is going to be...can I have my money back, since I played the tournament like a donk.
