Default They're Every F'n Where!!

I'm not one to talk bad about another forum but it seems every time I get online on PS and sit down at a game there's someone with an avitar from "intelli poker" at the table. Good for them but from what I've gathered they advertise themselves as a training site and EVERY time that player happens to be the worst player at the table.

I've been there too so that's not really my issue. My question is, "how did all those people change the avitar?"

I've tried and PS won't let me change from my original. What the heck?

I've changed mine quite a few times. Once you have your avatar the software will not allow you to go in an change it, what you have to do is email support@pokerstars.com and request an avatar change. I guesstimate they allow you to change once a year if you ask nicely

I'm tempted to use it even if i don't get the FPP, simply for the fact that every player that uses it seems to be terrible. It would dramatically help my table image.
