Yes. We strive for 95% capture rate. The main reason for not achieving the 100% capture rate is because the Sit&Gos finish faster than we can capture them in the afternoons (Eastern Time).

There are times when we won't catch any during long periods of time (8 hours). This is usually because PokerStars will throw up an announcement, or an update will take longer than expected. Basically random stuff which is hard to duplicate.

Thanks for asking. I know Sharkscope was more accurate, and I appreciate the coding effort it takes to get the capture rate they did. I am working on ways of improving the capture rate here and there, it is just a matter of if it is worth the effort.

This seems to be a problem for about 1 in 5 people who signup for the site. Usually people send me e-mail and I activate them manually. I looked at your profile here in this forum and found your account and activated it.

I think some e-mail servers treat e-mails from my webserver as junk or spam.
