Well maybe not in a tourney strikout but it's more or less a 50/50 shot here. I think you could raise and put him to a decision.

Being he/she is a tight player, I put them on a made hand or higher draw. The raise is half your stack. You have to be willing to push all-in or fold. Personally I would cut my losses and fold.

My question would be, how do they view you as a player, tight/aggressive/loose, etc. If you reraise or push all-in what will they put you on? That would probably determine what my next move would be.

The more I think about it , my best guess would be he's maybe holding TT, I'm probably 60/40 behind in that case - but taking into account all the other holdings he may have and including the chance that he will fold to my re-raise, then at a cash game (which would represent around 5% of my bankroll) I still think I'd re-raise and that would mean my stack going in.

It'd be hard to keep from beating him into the pot... With an open ended straight flush, provided he didn't flop a set, you are at least 60/40. If he did flop a set, you are still close to coinflipping. This is one of those key hands where you can play big pot poker.

I'd most likely definitely fold here.

Hmm, If my bankroll is nice, I'm most likely pushing all in here. And at this point, I'd really hope he either has nothing or a set. If he did bet out with a hand like AX suited then I'd be fcked if I pushed and got called then seeing him run out a flush on me, unless of course I hit the straight flush. But like most of you said, he probably has a set here. I guess this could be one of those hands where you might want to gamble at that very moment and play it through. Good question though that started up a nice little debate.
