I Swaer to God, If This Sh*t Actually Happens....

At about 1am, in the middle of the night, for no reason whatsoever, I log onto partpoker. There's a 50 seat frenzy speed sub qualifier freeroll starting in 5minutes. 50 seat frenzy is a qualifier to the 300k Gtd. on sunday. I don't know how i did it, (cause I hate speed tourneys), but by some grace of god i've qualified for the $15 satelite by placing 2nd in the sub qualifier freeroll! lol. If, by some miracle, i place in the top 50 of the qualifier, I will have a seat at a $215, 300K Gtd. event.

Now people, I earn like $600 a week...I would probably never get the chance to play in a tourney this big for a very long tim.! Unless I either sell my kidney, steal a Ferrari, get a promotion or have an incrediable run at the 0.5/0.10 tables.

All i have to do is place in the top 50 of this qualifier and I've got a seat at the biggest tourney of my life. It's so painfully tantilising! It's like saying, "There's 50k at the top of everest, its yours but you have to get it first. ".

I really hope I qualify for the 300k tourney. (Since my bankroll is down to like $10.) It would be amazing just to play at stakes like that. I'll keep you guys posted on how everything goes.

So I was wandering, how many of you have qualified for big tourney's through satelites? Or sub qualifiers? And the bigger question, if and when you guys got there, how many of you actually cashed???

Qualified for the Pstars Sunday Million numerous times but always cashed out the T$ (as good as cash for tourny players). I did play in the WCOOP $215 HU tourny 2 years ago and won my first 2 matches (had to win 3 to make the $$$) and won my 2005 WSOP seat on Stars (11 hour day one casualty).

No, for whatever reason I lost interest in trying to get there... I doubt I played more than 3 qualifiers in either of the last 2 years. They need to bring back the nightly triple and quad shootouts to the WSOP.

Quite frankly I was hoping you'd call me an idiot for getting excited over something I haven't qualified for yet.haha

So you qualified alot but never made anything of it...jeez that sucks. lol. I thought you were gonna say, "Well I won a million dollars this one time. I had brain surgery and now I'm genuis."

If I win fifty grand, it means I could play the $2/$4 tables comfortably. What story that would be for my grand kids to hear.

But anyways what you're saying is my chances of making anything of this are pretty slim right.
