I don't really think it'll happen. Congress will make a show of it for a while, like they did with illegal immigration, and quietly let it die on the vine. They may clarify the wire comminucation act (I think that's the name of it) to specifically include internet gambling, but I don't believe there will be a lot of enforcement on individual players. |
