I started today with my $1 on PokerStars .01/.02 NLHE and three hands into my session on the BB with A4 clubs - I flop the nut flush. Built it up to $1.45 and then propmtly sunk to .67 - Grinder action then insude and I finished at $1.23 I really noticed that when I was below my $1 that I went beyond Viking mode.. (For those of you not familiar with Viking mode.. its tight - but beyond tight - squeeky tight) - And it really made me pause on a whole bunch of hands. Good luck all.. at this pace we should be able to buy our way into the WSOP in 2089!

Great start, Az! I've been on the same table for about 5 hours, all in a super tight Az mode. UGH!!! After my kings hand I pretty much was card dead for awhile. It's amazing how many hands I folded, and when I played people must have thought I had played every hand! I went up and down between $1 and $2 for quite awhile...then got over the hump. Right now, my $1 at the table has turned into $5.49...and I just flopped JJJ!!! Gotta go........

Wow -- what a grind. At the height of the day my $1 had turn into almost $7. End of the day, it was $4.42. Still, I'm up.

Current bankroll: $5.42

The most I've turned $1 into is around $1000 in a couple of days, then of course lost it.

Thanks, black. Depending upon when you were on, you probably saw a lot of folding! I had 3 or 4 hands that I did some chasing in where I shouldn't have. I could have been up more...of course, couldn't we all?

Great start soulite! I was just thinking about when I want to move from the .01/.02 table up to a higher level. The thing is, I can stay here and just wait for the nuts, bet it, and win. These people are such calling stations!!! I sat down at this table, folded the first four or five hands, and then got this hand in the BB...what a flop!!!

Zom asked me last night how I was playing the table. I've been playing extremely tight/aggressive. Only playing premium hands, every once in awhile I may limp a suited connector, etc. But when I hit, no mercy.

In the next hand after the flush I just posted I limped in from the SB and flopped 2 pair. 13 hands later I had the hand below.

I'm also attaching my hand history so far. I started this session with $1 and am up to $3.82. Notice that I've won only twice when I wasn't a blind. Is that a sign that I am playing too tight? I saw the flop 9 times out of the first 32 hands...and there were 8 hands where I was the blind!

On Bugsys, it's taken me over a year to turn $0.00 into $11.00. I'm up to about $5K everywhere else, again, starting with 0.
