| | | | Just an idea for a new poker site With all the hundreds of poker sites popping up on almost daily basis it seems like one could really benefit from thinking outside the box, because up till now although some sites look a lil nicer then other they are mostly the same. I have an idea that could change that, how about combining the poker play with some sort of RPG, gangser style. So like your avatars also played a role kind of like a gangsters SIm Poker, And you could carry weapons and if someone gives u a bad beat like cracking your aces with J2 you could blow there head off with a shotgun. Eh just throwning it out there. Sorry my AA just get cracked by J2 after a preflop 10 times the bb raise. | |

| | | | If you have played Hoyle games, you know you can do this to the people. Throw pies at em, call em names, make em feel bad. I like making the T-Rex feel bad, hes a big dork! I see what youre saying tho.

| | | | LOL I just think this idea is crazy, no offense. LOL when im playing poker I wouldn't really wanna look up and see the Q sending love notes to the K while the J shoots 10 and below. | |

| | | | I like the idea as well. I just downloaded poker.com and they offer some unique things that i have not seen at other sites. For example, if your are last to act you can have the option of "rabbit hunting" to see what the next cards would have been. Also, gives winning percentages adn is a great poker site altogether. I am planning on depositing sometime today!! Hopefully the players arent that good which would make it even more reinforcing to play there.

| | | | Yeah I like the rabbit option on poker.com, this site was my favorite for a while, but i feel like the play is too slow, and after playing poker4ever all the time visually it leaves much to be desired, the players are pretty good there however compared to many sites. | |

| | | | It just sounds fun. But as I read about the rpg style it got me thinking. Why not have experience levels the better you place in tourneys the more points you get. Then as you go up levels you can get into more elite games. It would be an interesting way to get the real players playing with each other and not worry about the donk players. You can't get into money free rolls or satellites till you hit a certain level. doesn't sound to bad what do you think? | |

| | | | Thats a good idea , After playing 3 hours in a tourney you start to get bored and that might help pass the time. it might get annoying tho if people abuse it or use it to give other players signals. | |

The play however is some of the softest NL action on the net IMO, especially NL10 and NL25

| | | | bugsyclub seem to operate on a ganster theme although not with the level of options animation wise that you are talking about.
3D poker might be on the way in and through this we might get to see lots of interesting options.
Stacks poker was one of these but they ran out of funding before they could launch. There are some other ones in beta testing.
Me personally I like sites like UB with simple uncluttered interfaces and little drain on my pc's memory | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | |
