 Old man with a Bankroll
Im playing in a 40 dollar tourney at my friends house 7 players...down two fours players...loose game...Blinds 10-20 im button first position folds I limp with A3c sb calls BB makes it 40, I call, sb calls. Flop, 3d qd 3h, sb checks BB makes it 25 I raise 100. Sb folds BB cold calls. Now im heads up with an 60 year old man who has won over 500,000 playing video poker so i have no clue what this fucking clowns has! turn comes 10d so we got 3d Qd 3h 10d...this fucking clown goes all in i think about it for a while and say to my self he wouldn't raise with suited connectors or something nasty...so i get him talking and he says he doesn't have diamonds and that he has a pair i call instantly ... so we open up i have trip 3's and he has Pocket 7's both black I think i made a decent call playing against this man who is a gambler. river comes 7h...and he takes it down I was disgusted. what are his odds of hitting his card? did i play it right any suggestions?
