Annoying feature on Pokerhost!!

Hi, I was playing a freeroll on Pokerhost tonight and ran into a very annoying feature with their software!! I was just clicking the "Call 200 in turn" button when the player before me went all in and the same button then changed to "Call 3950". This all happened in a fraction of a second. I know most sites have their buttons set up so the layout doesn't allow this. It was a bit over a hundred out of 750 players left in the tournament, and it really crippled me enough to fizzle out not too long after. If I'd paid to get into the tournament or was in a cash game, I would have been REALLY ticked.

Has this happened to anyone else, and what other sites have this wonderful feature?

It's happened to me on PS or Tilt can't remmember which. Now I always look before I leap. I almost jumped through the monitor screen to retrieve my chips. LOL

I don,t like to use the call in turn or Any other auto buttons. But it has happened to me about 3 times and i know how you feel. It happened to me, when i was about to click on call button on A/B for example. And TiTan(any Ipoker site) auto flips you to there site because its your turn and it overlays the ALL IN button. It can really throw you on tilt. I can,t say i have had a problem on pokerhost though, but i don,t use auto buttons.

ya im with rgchan i dont use the buttons except the fold button cuz wat can go wrong with that button?

Yeah i gotta agree with beermann because that will always get u into trouble. I dont think u want to call before it gets to u, it is a definite tell of the strength of ur hand. I think that is why u want to use the more mainstream websites.

Well..even the mainstream sites have the auto buttons. The fact is, when you click the call in turn button, or in the case of limit games, raise/call in turn, or raise any in turn buttons, you are giving away one of two things based on how long you've been playing...
a) you do nothing but raise anything, call anything, etc
b) if you haven't been playing this way, it says you would call no matter how many people call in front of you...which means you either have a draw or top pair (or better)
Then, there's always the fact that you could accidentally call someone who makes a bigger bet...sorry to say, that's all your fault, not the software.

I totally know what you're talking about. Now, before i even act during a game...i wait until it is my turn. comes right down to the old saying "fool me once, shame on you...fool me twice...shame on me"

I have had this happen to me on Full Tilt, (I think it was quite awhile ago).
The only ones I use now are Fold or Check, never Call xxxx or Call Any
