Default Live game, final hand.

Background to the game:
This was my 6th game with these guys (6 or 7 of them), and the tourney has been a £5 NLHE. I have won all 5 previous games, because although the guys know the basics, I am the most experienced and (forgive my arrogance) probably the mostsolid player. So on the 6th game (which I have just finished), it is down to heads up between me and this other guy who has me just covered and no more.

I have Q-9o and call the small blind. BB min raises, I call.

Flop: Q-3-6 rainbow

Theblinds are high and there is alot in the pot already so I move in. He calls, flipping over 10-10. Great!!! He only has two outs.

Turn is a queen (so i have trip queens to his pair)

River brings one of the remaining two 10s to give him the boat, 10s full to win the game. Had I won the hand, I would have had a 20-1 chip lead and almost certainly completed my 6-in-a-row perfect streak. God damn you, lady luck... I cant even blame this one on pokerstars....

PS - I didnt even lose it, I just went 'oh no!!!... well played.'

You get major props for not losing it because quite frankly, you had no reason to lose it. Your heads up and got your money in there with the best, at that particular moment, hand. You've obviously been playing quite well against these guys, so losing one is probably a good thing. You DO want to keep getting invited afterall. ;-)

Now that is some sound advice Ray. How true, How true. Now that you've shown that you can be beat I'm sure the games will be so much more fun.
