Thank you Ck.

"Once it was found out that the event has to be capped at a certain number of people, you know you have to raise the price. Supply and demand."

I agree but 50 grand is a little to much.

"it should be the most expensive to play in. This is just more of a logical argument I am making, and really has no supporting evidence."

Lower the other ones then.(I know they have no power to do that over the WPT)

"It would make for a more compelling series to watch on TV, and would just be overall more high stakes."

It shouldn't be about the T.V. , it should be about poker.

Funk... You and Varkoni play heads up for 100 grand and tell me who wins. Until then shut your mouth.

I'd jump at the chance, as would most players in this forum I believe. Who knows now though, he's had two years with a poker coach, I hope hes improved. But as I said, my skill level is irrelevant when critiquing a "World Champion." I can also say that Trent Dilfer wasn't a very good QB who won a Super Bowl but I could never do anything he did on the field.
