"Big" home tourney

I'm hosting my first big tourney this weekend and there are people that i don't know comming to play.
Is there a site where the ruels for tourneys are spelled out in black and white? I would like to have a "rulebook" to point too if I would need it.

Anyway the tourney is a 16 ppl tourney. Do any of you have experience with hosting tourneys? and I'n not talking about a poker night with the lads.

This is the best website for running your own tourney of any size. He has a pdf for print complete with rules. I think you are doing right by making sure your bases are totally covered before this game. When playing with people you don't know I think it's imperative to make sure there are clearly defined rules so that disputes can be settled without anyone getting a punch in the face.
