If this is a ploy by you higher ups to make people post by taking different sides of a controversial issue... it worked on me =) Anyways, I think a crew is a fine idea. It provides a group for solid practice, advice, and support. I think getting several different opinions on how to play a hand is a great thing. After all, even pros disagree. Unfortunately for Boyd, his crew does seem to be composed of mostly nimrods.
