Players begin with $1,500 in Tournament Chips. Players may receive (2) additional Add-ons for $1,500 in tournament chips each, anytime during the first three levels. Any player that has not taken their add-ons by the end of the third level will automatically receive them. All levels will last 60 minutes. Breaks will be every two levels and last 20 minutes. Does that mean you have to come up with another 3k by the end of third level? What happens is you don't have the $$$$?
