Default I was in a satellite for a $600,000 tourney at the Hard Rock

Nice 10 player single table satellite with 2 seats to the $600,000 tourney later this month at the Hard Rock!

When we started, the player next to me was telling his friend on the other side of me that the old lady at the other end of the table with her daughter playing next to her was a very solid player. Well we got down to 5 players left and I got...yep you guessed it....KK...so I raised to 200 under the gun pre-flop...she re-raised to 400...I thought about it and went over top by 3,000 and she called all-in...with what??...Ace Ten off...what??? solid player??? calling off with ATo on the tight game that I was playing...very good...you guessed it...an Ace flopped and that was the end of my satellite!

Why even mention it, but later on in a NL cash game...I got KK and lost big!

I don't know if anything could be done...but I was wondering if we could change the official poker deck to say 48 cards...why even have Kings in there?...just a thought. I might even pledge a donation to "Jerry's kids" if they would change it. In hold'em you don't need the clunky deck that 52 cards now are...it would help in cleaning up the muck pile and make it easier to shuffle.

If you got your wish, I do believe QQ would become your nightmare hand.
