yesterday i was in a tournament on pokerroom
i was doing the best i have ever done - i was second within the first 30 minutes - i called about 5 people with all ins and won them all - i admit a lot of it was luck
anyways - in the middle of it - my internet connection went down. It was down for about 45 minutes and when i reconnected it stated that i finished 92nd place - damn!!
so today i went in on the freeroll on ultimatebet - within like 15 minutes theres a pause on the table - for the next 45 minutes everyone at the table is just sitting there doing nothing, whilst the blinds continue to increase. I had around my initial 1000 chips left but one guy at the table was third and just slowly watched his rankings drop over the next hour.
Eventually they just told us that the table was terminated - so i closed the software and reloaded - and it had just placed me at 692nd place or something. Now in the first case i understand that i lost the connection and it was my own fault.
But in the second case i think ultimatebet should have handled it better instead of just ending our go - i know it wasnt for money but at the same time, it wasnt out fault the connection messed up
surely my luck will get better!!!
It aint fair i tells ya!!!
