Default helmuth shows up late again?

I guess helmuth showed up late again for the WPT Bellagio event. Is it just me or don't you think that a "world champion" would be able to correctly weigh his ego against proper tournament play?

Due to his punctuality, he was 202 coming into the day. I know early on in those tournaments all you can do is lose the thing and it can't be won, but Phil show up and play early.

Apparently hes done... He had AA and was called by K10 preflop... Flop brought two K's. Poor Phil

I wish I could have been there to watch him after this bad beat.

Phil must have absolutly flipped due to the fact that he hates being outdrawn by an inferior hand. Would have been interesting and fun to watch one of his tempertantrums after he was booted from the tourny. Honestly though, he is a great player, he just needs to calm down when things don't go his way.

One thing to think about is that we will all of the talk of how professional athletes need to be role models, possibly well known poker players should have to govern themselves by these rules also? I know that too many people on Stars throw fits when they loose to a runner-runner, and possibly this is because Phil and many other players who are "respected" blow up on many occasions?

Just a thought.
