Default Experience with Empire Poker?

Does anyone have any experience with them. I'm in the process of arranging a "pokerpost" only SNG tournament with them, but have yet to hear much about them. Specifically, if they have any cash out problems and what their customer service is like.

It's basically PartyPoker, everything is the same in regrads to customer service etc. I'm not sure id they are letting people with PP accounts to sign up anymore, might want to check that out.

UPF got into contact with planetpoker and did a private tourney with them. Everything worked out well, but i must say planetpoker is in the stone age as far as software goes. It is pretty ghetto but things work... BUT they are releasing new software soon so... You can try to contact them if empire is a prob.
