okay, we just entered the second brake and I have 3200 chips which is just below the avg of 3600.103 left out of 374...been staying around the avg stack for most of the tourney so far..only top 6 are going cruising but 7-9 win some decent coin but I got my work cut out for me the rest of the way out.

well, I that sucks.....considering the stakes, this goes down as one of my all time bad/tough beats........I finished 88th.....I new barto had middle pairs cause he would not have raised that much with pocket paint....I new I had him beat, I absolutely new it and if I won this I would have been in great shape....but thats poker boys and girls...let me know if anyone plays it different here.

Too bad Franky, but that's pokaaa. You could not have played it anyother way. I would love to be all-in with pp T's against pp 9's all day long every day of the week. You both have 2 outs (plus str8 & flush outs...and you had the advantage on the str8) and your the winner going in. I know it's tough finishing that close,
But thats the tough breaks of the game. now its on to more satallites for you and good luck.

yeah, after I got over the initial anger of coming that close only to lose to a weaker hand, I tried to put things in perspective...and there were alot of positives.....First off, I played pretty well. I did not make any major mistakes, although I realized that I missed a few steal opportunities when I did not trust my gut ( hey, I got 88th with out getting QQ, KK or AA one single time, I only hit trips with PP once and did not win crap with it and I only had AK twice and lost both times with it, and yes, I did raise LARGE with AK both times and it did not hit for me, dont get me started on AK right now)....Second,I realized that I was good enough to compete in the larger, higher stakes tournament. I would not say that I ran into anyone that was THAT much better than I was, but there certainly were some good players. 3rd, I got in the darn thing on house money and I won 50$ in 3 orbits at the 25$ NL tables while I was waiting for the tourney to start.....but I would be lying if I said that I still was not still a little pissed.....and not pissed in the UK sense of the word, but pissed in the US sense of the word.

I'll say you did getting to 88th...how many seats were there 50-60?...you did good Franky...congradulations....next time it will be the final table...except they stop playing when the seats are filled usually.
