Million Dollar Tournament at Paradise

Another heads up from me about a million dollar tournament at Paradise this summer. They will be running daily satelite freerolls and all members will be eligible for one free entry.

I've heard the million dollar prize pool will look like this:

1st-1 Million (plus a vacation to an Island)

2nd-10th-10k (plus a vacation to an Island)

11-50th-1k

51st-99th-$500

100th-500th-$100

Get this, the people in the top 10 actually get a free (2 people) vacation to an Island to finish out the online tournament in Paradise (Not sure where that is, its supposed to be somehwere Paradise Poker chooses). So thats a total of 1,150,000 they are giving away in reality. They will be running these satelites this summer starting on July 1st I believe and ending somewhere towards the end of summer. After the all the satelites the tourney will be held and you will have your chance at greatness. GL to everyone, I know i'll be going for a shot at this, hopefully I will see some of you guys there lol (at the island).

I've actually stopped doing things like this - think about it, in order to simply qualify for the freeroller, you need to surpass the suckouts of 2000+ donks that will call an all in with T8 (because it's suited!) and catch to beat your rockets. And, after that, you're STILL not guaranteed any money, now you have to beat more than a good number of people to make anything. I'm sure the people who make the final tables of these are good poker players, but it really is a lottery in terms of who makes it.

I understand the frustration. I still may try it when I am on paradise doing something else or have a slow night. Do you need to qualify for the freerolls or can you enter every freeroll. That would change the quality of those playing.
