Default Royal Holdem on UB

Has anyone tried Royal Holdem on Ultimate Bet? Its a holdem based game with only the T-A in the deck and its played 6 handed. it takes a little getting used to b/c every hand you get dealt is would usually be a good hand but this is not he case.Give it a shot and tell me what you think.

This sounds odd... its like pocket aces are no good... cuz someone will flop 2 pair or straight or get one of thsoe by the river for sure... doensnt sound like my kind of game- 2 many outs; which means more fish

I think it sounds kind of cool myself. I like how new variations of poker are being "invented".

Actually this is very similar to how poker was originally played in the states during the late 1700s and early 1800s, in the riverboat and backroom games. Of course the idea of community cards wasnt introduced until decades later. Don't know exact detailed history on that.
I think its very interesting that UB is offering that and would definitely partake in the game if I had an account there. It sounds interesting and would definitely test your reading skills.
just my 2 cents

I'll have to check it out. I've never played on UB, but I heard that they have some great players and high limits. So, what percentage of hands that you will get in Royal Hold'em will be a royal flush?

basically all cards under 10 are taken out of the deck, so youre left with 10-J-Q-K-A of each suit, because there are so many cards taken out of the deck, it is played with 6 players max. i havent tried it personally but it sounds like a lot of fun, its the same rules as holdem but just with face cards only...should be a tough game to master (as if regular holdem wasnt hard enough!!)
