Caribbean Stud Poker

I havent played CS in some time but ill try to explain it.

Each player places ante, the all players are dealt five cards face down, the dealer deals himself 4
face down and 1 face up, then a player may choose to fold or raise, if a player folds they lose the ante, if they choose to play they double the ante.

From there the dealer must have at least A-K to "qualify" if the dealer does not qualify then all players win, if he does then the hands are played as in regular poker with payout according to hand strength
