Default Odds with 7 to Ace
THF Player of the Year
Me and my friends play Texas Hold'em and Omaha but only with 7 to Ace. And the rule we use is when playing with 7 to Ace is that a Flush beats a Full House.

Can anyone tell me this is correct?? Are the odds of getting a Flush lower than getting a Full House?

It seems like it would be correct, you lose 2-6 ranks so you have more chance of pairing up and you lose 5 to a flush every way.

I see, but have the odds of pairing increased so much that a Flush beats a Full House. We played with this rule for years in 5 card draw but now we play Omaha and Hold'em and Flush seems to appear more often than a Full House.
