Anyone ever try this. You're dealt five cards, and you can use any of them (all, none, whatever). Then comes you're traditional five card flop. Almost every hand results in a fullhouse/straight/flush. It's crazy and quite fun.

I have never heard of this but it sounds like something to try for kicks and giggles. I don't know if I would want to play it for money though. Anyway sometimes a new game is good just to clear the pallet.

It sounds quite interesting, but it must almost be impossible to be sure/confident about your hand... With ten cards, you can make a hell of a hand. AT LEAST A flush must be done every hand. Full houses and four of a kind must be quite frequent and even straight flushes. I hope you guys don't bet pre-flop, flop, turn and river, or it can cost you a big amount! Imagine having a hand like 55675, seeing the other five come on the flop but finally gettint beaten by a straight flush out of nowhere!!

yeah, i';d definately get way too paranoid in that game, and always fold my hand in fear of straight flushes and such...

It sounds interesting. I should try it with my friends some time. Most of the time you'll think you have a good hand, and get beat out by something much better.

yeah there are a lot of things to consider when playing this game but it can be fun for a pretourney warm-up for a home game or something.

If you're playing at a normal sized table with nine people, if you include the burn cards, the river is the 53rd card. I assume you'd play with less people or no burn cards?

I wouldn't consider this a game because some random person just took the idea of hold'em and added 5 cards to the down cards.

Hey ill make a game called Homless Hold'm. But this time you get dealt 7 cards lol
