Seat 4: roseebloom (small blind) folded after the 3rd Draw
Seat 5: beer42 (big blind) folded after the 1st Draw
Seat 6: Rod367th folded before the Draw (didn't bet)

Now, should I have continued to raise the betting after the 2nd and 3rd draw? While hmj was a loose player, whenever he raised bets he generally had the best hand. I wasn't ready to go out early capping it every round, but should I have played it more aggressively?

It's far easier to read oppenents at this then at hold'em. You may just be looking for the wrong information. People will play the same type of hands the same way, the vast majority of the time (if not always). You want to know things like:

Will they cold call 2bets then draw 2 or 3?
Will they only call when drawing 1, or standing pat?
Will they stand pat on a bluff in position?
What is their minimum showdown hand?

That is the basic information you want, and just by itself it's enough to make a profit off of most players I've faced.
