Default a 2-7 hand of mine

Some of you have seen me talk about this (awesome) game before, I wanted to throw out a hand history and walk you through how I played it. I hope it will encourage you to try out the game.

Hand #35085876-16190 at Saint John ($1/$2 Triple Draw 2-7)

Hold-n-AA is at seat 0 with $72.75.
JDxxx is at seat 1 with $47.25.
Adaon is at seat 2 with $48.50.
Finley69 is at seat 3 with $150.
matey1 is at seat 4 with $86.75 (sitting out).
Dewey C H is at seat 5 with $81.75.
The button is at seat 5.

Hold-n-AA posts the small blind of $.50.
JDxxx posts the big blind of $1.

Hold-n-AA: -- -- -- -- --
JDxxx: -- -- -- -- --
Adaon: 8h 5h 6h 3d 8c (This would be about like a pair of Jacks in hold'em, it's a single card draw)
Finley69: -- -- -- -- --
Dewey C H: -- -- -- -- --

First Round:

Adaon raises to $2 (I want to play a drawing hand heads up). Finley69 folds. Dewey C H
folds. Hold-n-AA re-raises to $3 (he has been a little loose aggressive, this doesn't mean he has the best hand, but I should be a little more careful). JDxxx folds.
Adaon calls (6-1 pot odds in position, this is an easy call).

Hold-n-AA takes 1 card. Adaon takes 1 card.

Hold-n-AA: -- -- -- -- --
Adaon: 8h 5h 6h 3d 4h (this is a made hand, I will not draw again)

Second Round:

Hold-n-AA bets $1. Adaon raises to $2 (because I know he will go deep with hands, I raise to get an extra bet in, because this is a drawing game you really don't have an advantage raising on the next round like you would in limit hold'em). Hold-n-AA
calls (with any kind of hand, he is probably pot committed).

Hold-n-AA takes 1 card. Adaon stands pat (I am a very strong favorite against his draw).

Hold-n-AA: -- -- -- -- --
Adaon: 8h 5h 6h 3d 4h

Third Round:

Hold-n-AA checks. Adaon bets $2. Hold-n-AA calls. (no question about either play here)

Hold-n-AA takes 1 card. Adaon stands pat.

Hold-n-AA: -- -- -- -- --
Adaon: 8h 5h 6h 3d 4h

Final Round:

Hold-n-AA checks. Adaon checks (in fact a big mistake of me here to not raise, I am a very good favorite against his draw, but my thought at the time was anything that will call my bet will beat me. You should not assume that unless your opponent proves it to be true).

Showdown:

Hold-n-AA shows 8s 7h 5s 3c 2h. (this hand would have called or raised my bet. If i were him I would be drawing with the 7 low, maybe/maybe not with the 8).
Hold-n-AA has 8 7 5 3 2.
Adaon shows 8h 6h 5h 4h 3d.
Adaon has 8 6 5 4 3.

Hand #35085876-16190 Summary:

$.75 is raked from a pot of $15.
Adaon wins $14.25 with 8 6 5 4 3.

This sounds sweet..simply cuz most people who would try this would never get used to the whole bad is good mentality - I will definitely try to get this going with my live game!!
