A friend of mine was telling me about a game called Pineapple where you play holdem but you get three cards and then have to discard one after the flop. Seemed interesting and I was wondering if anyone had played it and what they thought of it.
LOVE pineapple and crazy pineapple! I usually play that on my home games on Tuesdays. Crazy Pineapple is the one you discard 1 of your 3 cards after the flop, where pineapple you discard before the flop. Crazy Pineapple is VERY hard to read people and what they have... they can go the flush when they had a pair in the hand before the flop or tripping their pair and the flush draw on the board. Pineapple is AWESOME!
pineapple is nuts, i always throw the wrong card away and get all pissed off and go on tilt. there is also another version called super pineapple where you are dealt 4 cards and after the flop u gotta muck 2 and then you play just like Texas. try it out next time you gotta live house game going but u might wanna keep your limits low.
is pineapple the same thing as shoot em down holde'm?...in shoot em down you are dealt four like omaha but before the betting you have to discard two of the hole cards and play it out like texas...
