OK....in Holdem.....How do determine what the blind schedule should be....Number of people...Chips? etc.....
Last week we had a situation where someone was eliminated and the next guy ....Sheewwwww...The big Blind skips me......He STILL posts big blind and there is no small correct??? Or how does it work........
Ok...in Omaha/Hi/Lo 8 or better.....or whatever it is called......When do you determine if you are high or low.....And whatever you call, you can only use the SAME two cards right? Not these two for high and these two for low.....Dod you do it before last bets? Thanx all.....This cam from our small game on Thursday nights when we mix it up and play a little Baseball, Man or Mouse, Screw your neighbor, and our favorite......Between the sheets or Aceee-Ducee.....If you are not familar with this game...Everyone puts the annie (spelling) in and you deal two cards.......The next guy has to decide how much he wants to bet that the NEXT card will be between the other cards.....
If you bet a $1 and the cards are K -2 and a 4 comes up ....you win a $1. If not you lose...BUT.....heres the kicker.....If the same card comes up you lose double.....And if the two cards are a Q and 4 and you bet $10 and a Q comes....That's a TRIPLE BURN and you lose $30.00 You can not bet the POT until it has went around ONCE.....Only half.....and we play with 2 or 3 decks......It is not unusual for the pot to get into the 100-200 range.....then you think twice about calling that ALL IN on the Ace - 2.....Which is the best....I got DOUBLE burned on an Ace/2 for $125....Which was $250.....SON of a #$%#......haha......Most of the time we put a limit of $50 you can lose...like we said...It's a friendly game of cards....
I can't help with the Omaha question because I'm crap at it so don't play it.
As for the Holdem situation, I think you're saying:
The person who should be posting the BB next goes out of a tourny and therefore there's no-one to post the BB? If that's right, then the BB goes to the next person and there's no SB for that hand. If it were to skip you then you would have an unfair advantage over everyone else because you wouldn't pay a BB.
I may have misunderstood the question but that's the answer to the one I thought you were asking !!! lol
What are the suit rankings for bring-in's in stud. I was trying to have a stud tourney with my friends but I didn't know who was supposed to open. Do you know? ~ Biggs
