Ellis do you wanna help me out, I had incorrect information in my account, but first and last name were correct and so was email, but yet they closed my account with cash in it because I didnt have correct info in my account, Now tell me this why did they steal my money and close my account when All they have to do Is request ID and update my information?
I sent in ID and have been waiting for 2 days for a response and everytime I call live support on phone they have nuthing to say except yuo create an incorrect or fake account?
Why do they eliminate and steal your money for putting in wrong stuff, I mean I was in a hurry to sign up to make my forum tourney on noble poker, and was gonna update the information prior to cashing out?
I dont understand why they have to steal my cash and close my account because I was in a hurry to make my forum tourney, and was gonna update my information later prior to cashing out.
Can you help me out?
Plus they offered to let me create a new account but they wont allow me to recieve my funds that are in my old account? how rude can thy be/? Is this illegal? do they have to give me my money?
