Default pdf to text..easiest way?

THF No Limit Champion
Trying to convert a pdf file to a text file (without using adobe acrobat pro)

If anybody has done this successfully pass on your solution please.

Hmm...the ctrlA,ctrlC,ctrlV thing did work on a 600kb pdf I tried but not on a pdf that is 19MB.
I'm missing something I think. Are their different types of pdf's? Are some protected from copy-paste?

I've been googling around but can't seem to find any easy solution. Maybe I could try a free pdf converter application.

if the file was sent as an attachment via email it had to be decode first
or you will have this problem
