UB is claiming to take CC payments and other forms of payment from US players

UB seem to be saying in their promotional info that you can deposit with them if you are a US player.

You would need to get your withdrawls by check which is not ideal but is not bad. I havent studied the info as I dont need to being a UK player but this might be something that US players may wish to look into.

UB is a pretty good site although it lacks the volumn of tournaments that stars has.
