Hey all.
Ive just come across your forum and you all look pretty cool and knowledgable.
A bit about me, Im Ben, 18 and from Australia. I am just starting out and have my first deposit on pokerstars :]

I have played in plenty of home games and learnt all I know so far from my dad. Hopefully ill be able to teach you all a thing or two but im sure ill learn alot more from you guys.

Welcome to the forum Ben!

It is a great place to learn about the online aspects of playing poker! And to come whine about what happens online with others who are also afflicted by the online sites.

There are a number of good players that call THF home, and everyone is willing to help. There is a ton on info on the forum covering nearly every aspect of poker. There is too much stuff here...lol!

An easier way to learn is to play against the members. There is at least one member tourney daily, sometimes more...lots of opportunity to play against the members. If you have a mic and Skype, you can jump into conversations with members during most games...another unique learning opportunity!

If you have questions, just ask in shoutbox, and someone will usually have an answer.

Once more, I welcome you to the THF! Enjoy your time here, and I look forward to seeing you on the felt!
