He was going for a button steal. When you reraised him all in I guess he figured he was getting good enough pot odds to call. I do think the guy should have just pushed in the first place though, since he obviously intended to call any reraise. If he had a read that you and the SB were tight players, pushing can be +EV here. Most of the time though he should fold of course though.

That's as bad as the guy that beat my KQ with a Q88 flop and the idiot went all-in with AJ after I told him that I had KQ then he hits a str8 with runner runner....no wait, sorry it was the other way around.

I know I didn't have anything but ace high, but he shouldn't have even been in the pot.

that last hand was horribly played on your part SlowRay. If you're gonna call til you're all in, why not push on the turn with the four hearts and have a little fold equity? I don't know what kind of player he was, but it's pretty hard to call an all in when you have the deuce of the flush and there's four on the board.

Yah, I know I mis-played that last hand. I had him read totally wrong. I thought he was on a small pp. He had been doing the same opening bet with small pp's so I thought coming over the top pre-flop would make him think. Where I think I screwed the pooch was after the flop. I should have gone all-in, but with him having 4 to the flush he would still most likely have called.

I guess I'm just not a good aggressive player.
