J0NAH had me somewhat confused. I figured he'd automatically bet something to prevent me from betting. I didn't put him on AJ or KJ. JT or JQ could be a possibility. Also there was two clubs on the board...10 hands earlier he called Trejiem down to the river to catch a flush for a nice pot. I thought me might possibly be doing that again. What could i have done to prevent losing my entire stack? Below is the hand where he caught the flush against trejiem

Only thing I can think of is lay it down on the flop. He bet half the pot, and I'm sure what he was thinking was you had mid pp or AK something along those lines.

just watching these hands again on poker traker -

my hand against s13 -

I called your blind to see the flop - I do not know why I called you 1000 raise - that was very bad play by me.

when the flop came and I had the J i raised 1200 you then bet an extra 1200 so i called - at this point I thought you were chasing flush or possibly had overcards

then on the turn when I hit trips I knew I had you beat and let you bet into me also you saying i'll take 15th - I knew you didn't have a jack - you wouldnt normally say something like that (but maybe you will now)

my opinion is you should of folded after I bet 1200 on the flop - with my history of playing J7 (well actually I play a lot of jacks for some reason something i noticed on poker traker)

so my opinion is I played the hand pre-flop very very wrong but after flop you played it wrong

My hand against trejiem -

I quite often play K x suited - my reason for this is if an ACE comes you can fold pretty quick the only Ace I like to see is the one of whatever suit I have with my K x.

so to call the 200 blind was fine(just the way I sometimes play not recommended play for better players)

after flop an Ace is there but good news its the ace of hearts and there is another heart on the board calling 200 at this point was fine with a bet of 200 I thought that was an information bet thinking possible pair of some sort but scared of the ace(i was wrong)

turn 3 he bet 400 I called my outs heart, or a king(my assumption that he didn't have an ACE) so 11 outs with 46 unknown cards about 4 to 1 with me putting 400 into a 1700 pot about 4 to 1 so I had pot odds to call (I was wrong in assuming he didn't have an ace - but my odds where good on my bad read)*

turn heart I have the nuts he raised 400 I raised 400 more he called I wanted him to call that is why I only doubled his bet.

so I dont think I played this hand wrong I have played a few hands like this and folded when I think I am beat(maybe thats why I have been on a losing streak )

* I am trying to use pot odds a lot more in my play if I worked these odds out wrong please correct me

OK I WAS A FISH THAT PAID OFF BUT TRYING TO JUSTIFY MY LUCK
