Default Should i have put him allin...?

Mabye it was because it was my 7th hand in the tourney but after the turn i just had a feeling he had me. I thought he had a bigger set or the flush. Since i committed so much on the turn should i have pushed all my chips on the river?

You had half of your chips in the pot when you could well have been beat, you definately player the river correctly with the check. Only way he calls there in my opinion is if you are beat (or if he was sitting on KQ). Not sure if you are wondering if you should have put them in to try and run him off? Believe me, if he had your hand beat I really don't think the all in would have scared him off. Hand like that if you think you may very well be beat then definately check-call the river.

NO. Its obvious he didn't have the flush but you don't know for sure and if he did you would be crippled early in the tourny. You still won a nice pot. Lets not get too greedy here.
