Default Was this the correct play?

This guy had lost a coinflip just two hands ago.
One hand ago, he called preflop only to fold to a raise.

Then this happened, do you think it was the right move?

I thought, "betting when a two hit on the turn? No way he has a two in his hand (because of the preflop raise), and he would have bet if he had anything on the flop."

That's really tough, but I think that statement says it perfectly. You had the read on him. He was on tilt. Obviously, just from this one hand we would not know how he played or was playing, but you did. Since he was on tilt, if he had ANYTHING at all on that flop, even a pair of 2s, he would have bet it. That's how tilt goes. Been there, done that. Like I said, that's a tough decision. Great read. That's all that that was (did I say 'that' enough? lol). I would not suggest doing anything like that unless you have a perfect read on your opponent, as it seems you did. I probably would have folded, but I never know because I was not it the situation you were in.
