well, putting my honest opinion, i dont know why you'd play first hand to begin with preflop. it wasnt too grand of a hand, with having a pair of 4s and no real good low draw. Basically, the only way you win half of either pot is assumign the board pairs, and also with this being omaha and hi/lo as well, you figure the only way you win for sure is to hit quads, because to hit a boat, the board would have an overpair so someone could have the higher boat.

2nd hand i think you just got unlucky a bit, but i dont know how id really play it, other than with a modest hand (trips is modest in omaha, especially hi/lo), i dont know if id bet and raise much and try to minimize my losses unless i knew i had the hand won.

Just my opinions, i hope it kinda make sense, because im not very good at taking my thought process and typing it out in a post. If you dont understand or want to discuss it, AIM me and then ill be able to explain better my thought behind it

I did, and with no real flush draw, I figured it was safe to bet hard. figured noone else had trips, just knew.

You should not have been in any of the hands. I think you overplayed you set in the first hand. The second hand you must have been tilting. After hand one and during hand two you mock (xSaYLx said, "god what a bunch of idiots") the other players, that's just bad behaviour. Take it like a man or stop playing poker.
