I guess I should have folded my Qs and Js on the flop because for sure he had me beat since he called 2x the BB. He has to have Q5. Sheesh.

Sorry. I had to vent. Been being beaten up on the ring tables today something terrible and I this one just took the cake.

I think I might just only play AA and KK. Oh but I better not be agressive with them. Because I will just get called by Q5 again that will beat me with 2 pair when the board doesn't help me.

I better wait to flop Quad As then make sure there is not Straight Flush Draw. If there is I better fold. Quads won't hold up.

Well, I will tell you this. There is a consensus around poker pros that Phil Ivey is the best player around right now because he is untiltable. Based on those last few comments, I would say that is the first step you need to take, then worry about the hand.

What you did wrong, was to get into that tournament.

You played the hand well...nothing that you could do about it...its poker!

But I don't understand olo...calling your pre-flop raise...he didn't belong in the hand...not even as a limp!

Was that a freeroll... or a buy-in, and if it was how much?

You did absolutely NOTHING wrong there. Likely you have the best hand even after the flop. After the turn you REALLY have to think you have the best hand. All you can do, as they say, is put your money in when you think you have the best hand and hope.
