The thing about this hand is that the 2nd bet is so hard to make after he's called a BIG raise on the flop. His bet on the flop was a quick bet so i guessed the he probably wanted me out of the hand and was sitting on something like pocket 10s. So I decided to try make a play, (which didnt work). We both check the turn, but when he checked the river it occurred to me that he was probably worried bout my hand, even though he was calling a big bet on the flop. So I realised that he probably wouldnt call another big bet on the river if he was in fact holding what I thought he was (pocket 10s, Pocket 8s, etc). Amazingly I was spot on.

So show some respect to him. | You could be durrrr, I don't give a damn - if you make a donkey play and show it off, I'm going to point it out. To say that every single hand a given player makes is the absolute best way to play the hand, and there is no possible way the player could have played the hand poorly, is more disrespectful than telling the truth!
