Default A heads up hand

This is from the NBC heads up championship, but I won't mention who played it.

Player one moves all in with A6c 49.38% (short stack)
Player two calls with 22 50%

The flop is Qc Q 8
player 1 41.86%
player 2 58.13%

The turn is: Jc
player 1 43.18%
player 2 56.81%

A lot of people would make that call with 22, but it really is a marginal to weak play.

The river was the 9d and player 2 wins.

I have to guess that player one was the short stack. I can't imagine calling an all-in bet, with 22 if I'm the short stack.

Heads up If Im a shortstack,I more often than not make the call.Alot depends on the flow of the game and my stack.
