THF Player of the Year
Bad luck there soulite.

I think there's a good case for betting or checking the flop here.

Ok he's on a 10 high flush but your bet of 15c let's him into the pot to call his flush draw. He has to put 15 into a pot of 30. You can expect a flush draw to jump in here.

You can check the flop and see what Leparia does and go from there.

Or you can bet the flop. If you bet the flop here...
1. They fold and you win some cash.
2. You still get a call and you get a clue as to what they are holding AND you've built a pot which you stand a good chance of winning up against a draw/pockets/and any 10 (assuming he isnt already holding a boat, but you'd take that chance anyway with your stack)
2a. What do they think your playing when you bet here? Possibly not 10's?
Particularly with your stack size in mind, there's a fair chance that theyre thinking: It's a steal, you have pockets, you have a 2, your on a draw.
3. You get raised. Seems ok to me.

At this table also, I'd like to rebuy and if this wasnt possible I'd leave and use my cash elsewhere. He has more or less pot odds for his flush draw(and the implied odds look good if someone hold trips at the river) He'll hit his flush one in every 3 times. Fandorin looks weak and then he folds. So against yourself, he stands only to lose $1.24 on the hand if he misses. If you had a stack the size of his he's got more to worry about.

Luck did go against you and the above is just my opinion. I can't say your bet on the flop was wrong, but it wouldnt be a bet I'd normally like to make in that spot. Maybe others will give their opinions on this hand too.
