THF Player of the Year
Well at first glance it's a very large preflop raise from you.
Having said that it's more than possible that the table is extremely loose at this buyin and any Ax, Kx etc is calling standard raises.

I don't know whether a raise of, say 200 chips, would of made any difference here and we have no idea why he calls with 8-5 - maybe he expects a number of players to call after him? Or maybe it's time for his dinner.

Flop, of course we would all put him allin.

By betting so large preflop, you dont have as much leverage after the flop. I would have definitely raised less preflop. Hes only got 300 chips left into a pot thats over 1000. Hes definitely calling with the flush draw.

While that's true, he really shouldn't have called a raise to 450 preflop in the first place. That flush draw is being called down no matter what. Chris, nothing you can do there, next 2 flush draws against you will miss - it's all you can tell yourself.

Of course he shouldnt have. But the question here was, did chris do anything wrong? I think the preflop raise was too big.
